Made of French tin. Professional quality. This classic French tin plated tart mold is available in large, medium, and small (28 cm, 24cm, and 22 cm) with a removeable bottom.  

We love to make tarts at The Cook’s Atelier.  We use all the varying sizes to make tarts, ranging from the large pan for family dinners and the small tartelette size for individual servings.
