This French mustard is older than France itself, and made in the traditional way with mustard seeds, white vinegar, and salt. It's goes well with potatoes, egg dishes, as a rub for meats, and especially mixed into a simple vinaigrette with olive oil, herbs, and lemon juice. Made by one of the first mustard making families near Paris.
