Salt Glazed Crock

One-of-a-kind.  Made of French pottery.  Measures approximately 17 cm tall x 15 cm in diameter.  

Our vintage salt glazed pottery crocks were originally used for food storage in the kitchen. We find them in varying sizes (small, medium and very large) and each one will range in color tone, from brown to grey.  They are the perfect utilitarian piece in the kitchen to store rolling pins, wooden spoons, and other cook’s tools.  We also use ours for compost bins and for storing garlic, onions, and shallots separately.
