This is real French mustard, made in the traditional way with a spicy twist. The mustard seeds, white vinegar, and salt get a kick with the addition of hot pepper. It's perfect with potatoes, as a rub for meats, and even mixed into a simple vinaigrette. Made by one of the first mustard making families near Paris.
