Villa di Vetrice Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This extra virgin olive oil is made from olives harvested by hand from Villa di Vetrice, a small Italian farm, Fattorie di Galiga E Vetrice, near Florence, Italy. This farm is owned and run by the Grati family. They have been growing grapes and olives for over five generations. This olive oil is renowned in Tuscany and is traditionally kept in terracotta jars which are glazed on the inside before bottling.

This is one of our favorite Italian extra virgin olive oils here at The Cook’s Atelier. We use it daily for drizzling on salads, for coating the sauté pan before browning a roast, and is a great all-purpose olive oil in the kitchen.  Simple and refined!
