Vinaigre de Jerez is a Spanish Sherry Vinegar, one of the most quality-controlled and sought after in the world. To earn the name, the vinegar must come from the province of Cádiz and be aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.

Each bottle contains 250 ml.

We love to use this vinegar in vinaigrettes, especially with our Charentais melon salad in the summer.
