These pottery crocks were originally used for food storage in the kitchen and are continued to be made the same way for generations. They are the perfect utilitarian piece in the kitchen to store rolling pins, wooden spoons, and other cook’s tools.  We also use ours for compost bins and for storing garlic, onions, and shallots separately.
